How safe is delivery?

Priceline had offered to send customers the tickets via post. However, how safe can sending by post get? There is still possibility of the mail getting lost in the process, but Priceline did not seem to have provided any form of assurance that the mail will be delivered safely. Since the delivery need to take up to three days, and the flight booking could be for within the week, there is possibility of urgency to resolve such problems. It would be better if Priceline could provide customers with an overview of how and what they should do if such a situation arises and they that will attend to the customers promptly to resolve any issues.


Is the FAQ really useful?

The FAQ for Priceline is very limited with only about seven questions. Hence, one can’t help but think about how useful is it? I believe that they did receive emails on other issues currently not listed in the FAQs and they should upload more FAQs to facilitate users better.


Waiting Time

The waiting time to process requests could also be quite long at times. This might frustrate some people abandon the wait.
